Louise Penberthy is passionate about helping playwrights get their work produced and published, because she knows what it's like. A playwright, actor, and director, she has interviewed artistic directors, managing directors, and literary managers around the U.S. to find out what they need from playwrights and new work.

Mari Geasair is passionate about helping creative visionaries succeed without going insane, or losing their integrity, because she has been there herself. An actor, director, and producer, she has also consulted with theaters and individual theatre artists on finding their artistic passion and communicating their brilliance and value to the world.
